How much do I take?
We recommend taking 2 full droppers (2ml) every morning either directly or with your favorite morning drink.
When will I notice the effect?
Mushroom supplements are best used consistently over a long period of time. Most people begin noticing an extract after several days to several weeks of use with a noticeable increase in general well-being and energy after 3 months of consistent use.
How do I store it?
Store in a cool, dark place – keep out of direct sunlight. Can be refrigerated, but not necessary.
Why extracts?
Raw mushrooms are largely indigestible and require cooking or extraction to access the natural compounds within. An extraction process makes these beneficial compounds readily available and easy to metabolize while concentrating them to a clinically potent dose.
Why fruiting bodies?
Our extract contains 100% mushroom fruiting bodies – the actual mushroom. We do not use mycelium on grain, mycelial biomass, or any other fillers or unnatural additives in an effort to make the absolute best and most effective mushroom extracts. While mycelium does contain beneficial compounds, once grown out on grain it becomes inseparable from this food source and dilutes the product with starch. For maximum potency and efficacy, we only use real mushrooms to pack our bottles with as much of these beneficial compounds as possible.
Why liquid extracts?
Liquid extracts are more bioavailable than tablets, capsules, or powders, and allow for optimal absorption.
What does full-spectrum mean?
We use a dual extraction process to create a full-spectrum product containing all beneficial constituents of the mushroom, primarily both water-soluble beta-glucans and alcohol-soluble triterpenes.
